Abstract
We present a 74-year-old female with a history of mechanical aortic and mitral valve implantation and non-Hodgkin lymphoma. She presented with right sided heart failure due to severe functional tricuspid regurgitation and was treated with transcatheter TricValve bicaval system implantation. However, this was complicated by a paravalvular leak of the inferior vena cava prosthesis. Treatment of the paravalvular leakage was successful with implantation of four Amplatzer Vascular Plugs II.
