Abstract
In this chapter the Meeting Centres Support Programme (MCSP) - a collaborative model for providing care for persons with dementia living in the community and for their carers - is described. After an introduction into the aims and content of the MCSP model, the theoretical background and methods of support are explained in more detail and illustrated by a case history.
