Abstract
This chapter will comprise of staging, target volume definition, and radiotherapy planning for low-grade gliomas, oligodendrogliomas, glioblastomas, primary central nervous system lymphoma, and metastases. Ependymomas, pleomorphic xanthoastrocytomas, and pilocytic astrocytomas will not be included in this chapter due to their low prevalence in adults. Imaging will focus on MRI imaging, as this is the most important modality used in daily clinical practice.
