Abstract
Bone marrow cells were labelled with various concentrations of 111Indium-oxine and their capacity to form colonies (CFU-s) in an adoptive transfer was investigated. Labelling with more than 0.1 μCi/ml/107 cells impaired colony formation. It is concluded that the 111Indium-oxine complex is detrimental to cell proliferation.
