Abstract

The correlation between physical diseases and patterns of behaviour has already been discussed in Chapter III. The poor results obtained in testing the hypothesis of psychosomatic specificity by means of the Rorschach test was reported there. This hypothesis will be discussed further here, in connection with an investigation in which questionnaires were used as a means of testing instead of a projection test.
