Abstract

We describe an adult patient with bullous pemphigoid treated with prednisone, who twice went through a septicaemia during this therapy. One year later a multifocal symmetrical hematogenous osteomyelitis in the legs became manifest. © 1982 J. F. Bergmann Verlag.
