title = "Individual differences in predictability of behaviour",
abstract = "It is mentioned repeatedly in the literature that some people are judged fairly accurately and other people rather inaccurately, irrespective of the judge. This has usually been noticed as secondary phenomenon in studies directed at other problems. Only a few indications were found as to the origins of this phenomenon. Knowledge of factors which determine the differences in predictability between people seem to us to be extremely important for practical work as well as for the formation of a theory of judging other people.",
