Abstract
•This ESMO Clinical Practice Guideline provides key recommendations for managing early and locally advanced NSCLC. •The guideline covers diagnosis, staging, risk assessment, treatment and follow-up. •Treatment algorithms for resectable and unresectable disease are provided. •The authors encompass a multidisciplinary group of experts from different institutions and countries. •Recommendations are based on available scientific data and the authors’ collective expert opinion.
