Abstract

Correction to: Nature Medicinehttps://doi.org/10.1038/nm.4368, published online 4 September 2017. We wish to provide corrections and clarifications regarding a subset of figures in our paper: Figure3c. This experiment represents a fractionation assay showing that the mutant Arp-T1 is absent from the chromatin-bound fraction. It has been brought to our attention that there may be a duplication of the HSP90 and calreticulin panels. Since the source data for these images are available in the original Supplementary Data (uncropped immunoblots), we have reconstructed the figure exactly as shown in the supplementary file. The figure has been replaced with a corrected version, as available in the Supplementary Figures file accompanying this amendment. The original uncropped file, as well as the detailed procedure of how the membranes have been processed, are provided in the updated Supplementary Data file accompanying this amendment. Figure4f. The blot shown in Fig. 4j had been cropped multiple times in the main figures. We have now rebuilt the figure to align with the version in the original Supplementary Data file. The figure has been replaced with a corrected version (Supplementary Figures). The original uncropped file, as well as an independent experiment available with calreticulin as loading control, are now available in the Supplementary Data file. Experimental clarification for Fig.1dandh, Fig.2c, Fig.3b,eandf, and Fig.4handk. The qPCR experiments were performed in triplicate. The data shown represent one experiment out of two or three independent experiments, all of which yielded comparable results. The figure legends are corrected via this amendment in the Supplementary Text file accompanying this amendment. Supplementary Fig. 9c. We wish to note that the GAPDH blot in Supplementary Fig. 9c may have been incorrectly assembled. The panel was cropped to display only the relevant clones, and unfortunately, we were unable to retrieve the uncropped blots. While the impact of mutations in enhancer regions on enhancer activity and Arp-T1 expression has been validated through multiple experiments (qPCR, luciferase assays, in situ hybridization), we acknowledge that this supplementary figure cannot be fully verified in its current form.
