Abstract

This is the protocol for a review and there is no abstract. The objectives are as follows: To assess the efficacy and safety of bipolar transurethral resection of the prostate compared to monopolar transurethral resection of the prostate for treating patients with lower urinary tract symptoms secondary to benign prostatic obstruction.
