Abstract

A 25-year-old woman at 36 weeks of pregnancy was admitted to the hospital with complaints of breathlessness, right-sided chest pain, and swelling of the left leg for 3–4 days. Her body mass index was 40 kg/m[[sup]]2[[/sup]]. She was tachypneic, her chest was clear, and SpO[[inf]]2[[/inf]] on room air was 90%.
