Personal profile

Research interests

I’m a PhD candidate with a profound interest in the human experience, well-being, and interconnectedness

Working in the 'Stress in Action' consortium, my research is contributing towards understanding: (a) how mobile technologies (smartphones and wearables) can be used to reliably measure and monitor cognitive functioning, and (b) how to best use these technologies in mental healthcare.

I'm also the host of the Stress Navigation podcast, where I interview experts on stress, health, and tracking technologies.

My background is multidisciplinary. I obtained two master's degrees - Neuroscience and Philosophy of Neuroscience (VU Amsterdam) - and a bachelor's degree in Biochemistry (Universidad Complutense de Madrid).
