Research interests
Immediate total-body CT scanning in severely injured patients has become an topic of interest in trauma care.
The main focus of my research is the coordination of the REACT-2 trial (www.react2.nl). This multicenter, randomized clinical trial compares the effects of immediate total-body CT scanning with conventional imaging supplemented with selective CT.
