Jeroen is an anesthesiology registrar and PhD candidate focused on advancing care for patients with out-of-hospital cardiac arrest. His research centers on developing evidence-based ventilation strategies during cardiopulmonary resuscitation. He serves as coordinating investigator for two randomized controlled trials, REVIVE-PEEP and OXY-VENT, and has received research funding from Ambu A/S, Archeon Medical, and the European Resuscitation Council.
