Research interests

We study the gut-liver axis in the pathogenesis of liver diseases, including NAFLD/NASH (MAFLD/MASH) and cholestasis. We aim to identify gut-derived factors and intestinal/hepatic signaling pathways involved in the pathogenesis of aforementioned diseases.
