Research interests
Movement disorders such as tremor and Parkinson’s disease provide a unique window into the neuronal circuitry of the brain. I am fascinated by how neuronal circuits can cause abnormal movements, and how these circuits are modulated by deep brain stimulation (DBS) or MRI-guided high intensity focused ultrasound (MRgHIFU/MRgFUS).
