Personal profile

Research interests

I am curious, goal-oriented and proactive. In my work I would like to contribute to the improvement of health care and the promotion of sustainability. During my bachelor Health and Life Sciences and subsequent master Management, Policy Analysis and Entrepreneurship in Health and Life Sciences, I specialized in health policy. During my research internships at the Dutch Health and Youth Care Inspectorate (IGJ) and the UK Care Quality Commission (CQC, London), I investigated the role of the Inspectorate as a driver of change in policy in the workplace. Specifically, I looked at the influence of audit & feedback on hospital care and the role of experts by experience in regulatory work. Currently, I am doing a PhD in Dissemination and Implementation of Guidelines in Healthcare. I am calm by nature and have a talent for organizing. I like to be challenged and to develop myself through my work.
