Atlas of the subventricular zone in MNI space:
Symmetric version: SVZ_mask_sym.nii.gz + SVZ_mask_sym.csv represented in the 'ICBM 2009b Nonlinear Symmetric' template with 0.5×0.5×0.5mm resolution
Asymmetric version: SVZ_mask_asym.nii.gz + SVZ_mask_asym.csv represented in the 'ICBM 2009b Nonlinear Asymmetric' template with 0.5×0.5×0.5mm resolution
The atlas is divided into:
Separate left and right sides
Both sides have 4 subregions: Frontal Horn, Body, Occipital Horn and Temporal Horn
