This is a replication dataset for the published article: "Peer Mobilization and Human Immunodeficiency Virus (HIV) Partner Notification Services Among Gay, Bisexual, and Other Men Who Have Sex With Men and Transgender Women in Coastal Kenya Identified a High Number of Undiagnosed HIV Infections." The associated research study was conducted from April through August 2019 at two sites in coastal Kenya: 1) Malindi Sub-County Hospital, to which the Kenya Medical Research Institute–Wellcome Trust Research Programme (KEMRI-KWTRP) has been providing support in HTC to GBMSM and TGW [1]; and 2) KEMRI-KWTRP research clinic Mtwapa, with longstanding experience on HIV studies among key populations [23, 24]. Both sites (approximately 100 km apart) work in close collaboration with local community-based Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgender, Queer, Intersex organisations.
