Providing seminars for the third-year students at the Academy of midwifery Amsterdam - Groningen on applying change management in the organization of integrated maternal and newborn care.
Students recieved change assignments from maternity care networks. The seminar served to gain insight in the organization of integrated maternal and newborn care in the maternity care networks and to support the application of change management theory to deliver a change propoal to the networks
